Chicago Title Insurance Company, New Jersey Direct Operations is pleased to announce an EXCLUSIVE partnership with Digital Closing Docs^TM to offer their suite of products to our customers.  The Digital Closing Docs^TM document delivery platform allows for the buyer/borrower to receive a custom CD ROM disc, at closing, which will contain full copies of all pertinent documents from their transaction.  No longer will extensive closing package copies need to be made; no longer will the buyer/borrower need to carry hundreds of pages of paper copies (think green) away from the closing.  Simply grab the disc and go!  Chicago Title will scan and upload full copies of all pertinent documents within 24 hours of receiving the executed closing package, while post-closing documents (recorded Deed/Mortgage, title policy, etc) will be added as they become available.  The original disc the buyer/borrower receives at closing will always be the secure access key to view their documents; no need for updated discs as documents are added!
